Challenge: Leadership sought support for intensive engagement with funder for investment to synthesize over ten (10) years of experience and lessons learned into coherent plan for organizational growth and updating of proprietary technologies for service delivery and scale.
Approach: Provided executive consultation and led development of grant proposal and multi-year project plan. Worked closely with leadership to articulate current and anticipated growth states including outlining continuous research and development needs. Approach included ethnographic methods, interviews, document analysis, literature review, and technical writing.
Results:
- Developed a cogent proposal and growth plan.
