Designing Methods for Insights and Impact.

Translating Leadership Visions and Values into Actionable Strategies with Measurable Results.

My research examines how to use information systems and organizational design to operationalize leaders’ vision and values. My current projects explore how tools such as AI, cloud computing, and low-code platforms can connect leadership goals with practical implementation even in the most complex environments.

Imagining Inclusive Innovation: Critical Sociotechnical Design in US-European Contexts

New technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and biomaterials, promise new opportunities for society to move forward. However, data increasingly shows the benefits and costs of these innovations are inequitably distributed along patterns of race and class. My dissertation examines how prominent leaders from the United States and Europe think about the role of inclusion in technology development.

Speak On It Podcast Project

This project explored the motivations, values, and practices of ethnically diverse millennial podcast producers in Seattle. It highlighted their role as emerging new media creators as podcasts continue to become a preferred alternative to traditional news among younger audiences. The findings provide insights into how these producers navigated the mainstream media landscape often criticized for "fake news" and corporate control, and were published as a book chapter in Routledge Press.
